The art of catching already seen legendaries:
The art of catching already seen legendaries. (not all) is to look them
up on the pokedex. once you find them do not fly there or it will run
away. I have done this with Latias 4 times. Oh and use arena trap
pokemon.

Don't track:
IF you end up seeing LATIOS/LATIAS, use a move block or anythin' that
cant let it escape. Use all the ultra balls[ if you have any] until it
gets caught. But if it runs before you can, don't track it because it'll
just go to somewhere else. Be better off if you just search random grass
patches. Shouldve seen me.

Ditto Effect:
Link to a friends GBA. Trade your useless PKMN (we'll use Magikarp as an
example) for their strong PKMN (we'll also use Deoxys as this examle)
but as soon as your friends GBA says 'Take good care of 'Magikarp'!'
turn their GBA off! Once your GBA has saved, have your friend turn on
their GBA again. They will still have their 'Deoxys', but your 'Magikarp'
will have turned into one also! Congrats! You are the proud owner of a
Full Pokedex! (P.S: Make your friend's Deoxys hold a masterball/rare
candy/other good thing so that when you trade, you will both have 1 of
that item! You take the item from the PKMN, and repeat the cheat until
you have enough masterballs!) (P.P.S: Timing is criticle! Turn off the
GBA too soon and everything could go normal, turn it off too late and
your game could be earased forever! I learnt this the hard way, and I
HAD ALL THE BADGES AS WELL AS ALL POKEMON IN THE GAME!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!).

Sudowudo & Smeargle:
When you get to the battle frontiergo to the south - east area and then
down a narrow path past an old lady and to a moving tree, this is
sudowudo* Level 40 (like in gold/silver) use the pail on it and then
battle it (catch it if you want, theres no other chance) then surf onto
the water past where sudowudo was and go down the waterfall and then
surf west, after a little while you'll come across a cave go in and
there'll be wild level 40-50 smeargle, you can go through the cave and
out the other side or go back out the way you came and up the waterfall.
*it's a good idea to save in case you faint it the first time.
