Bonus players:
Win the Master League to unlock new players that can be signed. Note:
This can be done up to three times for more players. Also, complete all

In training mode, when you score more then 1100 points you will get a
"Fantastic" rating and unlock a player that can be signed on to your
Master League team.
Edit team call names: Win the Konami Umbro Cup with club teams and
in a round robin type tournament to unlock the "Edit Team Call Names"
option in the "Edit Club Team" screen.
Stadium preview: Press R2 as the view shifts to the stadium before
a match.
Special move: Press L1 rapidly and your player would do a nutmeg
or something to trick the defender. Press Left or Right after L1 to make
