Always Hit A Grand Slam -
Create a new character and put ''SLUGGER'' as his name. Whenever
the bases are loaded and that player is up to bat, he will hit a
grand slam.
Al-Star teams:- Hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Up, Triangle,
Right, Circle during game play. A sound will confirm correct code entry. All-star teams from 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s will be
unlocked.
Homerun sounds:- Press Triangle or Square to hear air horns or
Circle to hear whistles while running around the bases after hitting a homerun. Note: Set the Sound FX volume to maximum for
best results.
Grand slam batter:- Create a player and enter SLUGGER as a name.
He will always hit a grand slam if batting with the bases loaded.
110 mph pitches:- Create a player and enter STRONG ARM as a name.
Hints:
Long homeruns in Home Run Derby:- When you play at Cashman's field
in Home Run Derby mode, the ball travels very far. It is possible
to hit one 665 feet with Manny Ramirez.
Hitting homeruns:- When batting against the CPU, show for a bunt
and the computer will pitch a fastballl 99.9% of the time. Your batter can hit a homer if at 75 or more power. |
