Alternate menu screen - Unlock the Silenced Ballers gun, then go to the
main menu. The Ballers in Hitman's hand now have silencers on them.
Double pistols of any type - Take all of the pistols in the game and
drop them into a pile. Next, tap X very quickly to pick up your guns.
You will end up with a combination of guns, such as the Double Eagle and
revolver. Reloads for the guns are also very fast when you press R2.
Note: The gun combination depends on which two guns you picked up last.
M4 - Successfully complete five levels with a "Silent Assassin" rank to
get the M4. Alternately, complete the Shogun Showdown level with a
"Silent Assassin" rank.
Sawed-off shotgun - Successfully complete a level with a "Silent
Assassin" rank twice.
Silent Assassin ranks - You can still get a "Silent Assassin" rank on a
mission if you are spotted. To get a "Silent Assassin" rank, there has
to be nothing in the aggression bar. You can make sure of this by only
using chloroform on guards and eliminating the target with just one
shot.
Silenced ballers gun - Successfully complete a level with a "Silent
Assassin" rank.
Successfully complete the St. Petersburg Stakeout, Tubeway Torpedo, and
Invitation to a Party levels with a "Silent Assassin" rank all in one
session.
Using the Methoxyfluorane (Anesthetic) - Equip the Anesthetic and go to
your target person. Hold [Fire] as long as desired. While using it, you
will automatically use two bottles, or if held longer, you can use three
to five bottles. Each bottle will result in one minute of
unconsciousness. Be careful or he will tell the guards about you. You
can also take their clothes, but if they wake up without them they will
tell the guards.

Anethema: This a a complete stealth type of attack rewarding you with
"Silent Assassin" reward of silent Ballers. This approach requires a
lot of patience and map checking. You will also find that the game
changes each time you try this. The best part of this approach is the
kill of the "Don". At the beginning when you are on the hill,
immediately run to the door closest to you and to the right. Wait on the
right side of the door in stealth by tapping L1. The guard will come out
to relieve himself, this is where you sneak in and run a little to make
time until you pass the tree where then you can stay in walking stealth.
You should see the delivery boy going towards the kitchen while you are
looking for the steps to the basement. Go down and through basement
heading for stairs to the kitchen and then up and to right through
doors. Constantly check map making sure you don't get caught and stay
quiet. Make it all the way across to the big room connected to room with
the "!" go ahead and get contents of room and head back to double doors
but stay to the right so when guards come through they won't see you
crouching. Watch the Don go back and forth for a couple of times, but
look for the time when the guard and the Don leave his bedroom
unattended. Dart through the doors up the steps and through the bedroom
doors and out to the balcony. Head right and turn and wait for the Don
to come out. Shoot him with your 9mm SD once in head and there are no
alerts. Two options here both require back tracking of previous steps.
One: Off the balcony you go and head around to the pool area and through
the doors where the "!" is and back track to basement. Two: go back in
bedroom and wait patiently until guard leaves his post and no one else
is coming and dart down the steps and back track to the basement. In the
basement open the door and surprise no one home. Make sure kitchen guard
is not looking your way first. Go out but keep an eye on the guard who
relieves himself all the time. You need to wait until he comes to the
kitchen then follow him back to the garage. Stop at the garage and pick
up the sniper rifle for (future levels) and wait again till guard goes
to kitchen. Out the garage you go towards door to outside road and head
towards the exit. One Shot-One Kill no alarms and you did it face to
face with the Don = Silent Assassin reward

Hint:
Get Sawed Off Shotgun - Gain [Silent Assassin] ranking for the second
time in the game. Note: This must be on a mission which you haven't
received the ranking before.
Get Silenced Ballers - Gain [Silent Assassin] ranking for the first time
in the game.

GETTING SILENT ASSASIN - ANETHEMA:
First off all the key is to get in and get the sniper rifle from the
garage. To do this simply wait for the guard to walk towards the house
and run in and out asap, either that or drug him (DONT KILL HIM IF YOU
WANT SILENT ASSASIN BONUS!) steal his gun and clothes run in, collect
the sniper rifle and run back out climbing to the top of the hill,
turning and snipering The Don on his balcony while playing golf. Dont
worry they wont find him. If you havnt drugged the guard then this is
the best time. Only use 4 bottles otherwise you will kill the gaurd. You
know have just over 4 mins to get into the house. Simple! In the gaurds
uniform, walk past the gaurds and down into the basement. Move up into
the kitchen keeping clear of the cook, otherwise she will alert the
other guards ruining your disguise. DONT GO UP THE STAIRS, but make your
way across the clear rooms to the other set of stairs. Check the map to
make sure the guy upstairs has gone on his walk down the corridor, RUN
INTO THE DONS BEDROOM, OUT TO THE BALCONY COLLECT THE KEY AND BACK AGAIN
BEFORE HE RUTURNS, otherwise you cover is blown because he only does
this once! By this time the unconsious gaurd may have woken up, so if
you meet anyone your cover is blown. (If you cant get back through the
door, and the gaurd has not woken up, you can fall from the balcony.
This will damage you but you will hopefully be fine. The guards wont
susspect you greatly if you just walk straight past them without letting
them get a good look at you.) Go to the kitchen through the clear
corridors, and down into the basement. Suprise the Priest isnt there so
RUN up the stairs, RUN to the right and leaving through the door that
you entered in. It doesnt matter that you havnt got the car keys,
because you can exit the level where it says EXIT on the map! Dont stop
running till you finish the level and you should be rewarded with the
silent assasin award! That is if you havnt had any alerts, close
encounters, or killed anyone! Happy hunting!

Gun collection - Throughout all the levels you will run into many
different types of guns. Whenever you see a gun that you do not already
have, pick it up. After you complete the level on which you found the
gun, the gun will now be available at your house. You will have
ammunition in the room for you to use if desired. However, there are
many guns that are too big to carry inside your clothes and therefore
must be held in the open. You will not be able to pick up a gun of the
same size or greater without dropping the one you are holding. You will
find other guns on the same level that you cannot pick up because you
are already holding one, and the gun you want is simply too big to
conceal. In this case, you will have to decide which gun you want more
then finish the level with it. You can always replay that level to get
the other gun that was left behind.

Defeating the Boss - In order to fight the Boss, you have to
eliminate all of the hitmen. This will make the Boss battle much easier.
When you have killed all of the hitmen, enter the confession room on the
left. This is the one that you pray in during the first level's loading
screen. The priest will be in the confession room directly next to you,
being held captive by the Russian general. The only way to get the
general out is to crouch down and shoot a bullet at the heart on the
confession booth's inside wall. A short intermission will start and the
general will come out, firing an SP12. Use any automatic rifle and fire,
making sure every bullet connects. Make sure you have the full amount of
ammunition equipped in the gun. He should die within a few seconds.
Getting the M4 - On the motorcade level, you need to clear the town
quickly and grab the supplied rifle. Shoot your target. This will cause
the UN guards to stop and run on foot to your position. Wait until they
get through the gates, then dodge their shots and put them in the cross
fire from the remaining troops outside. Since you cannot hurt them, do
not shoot. They will soon shoot their own men. Then, just run up and
grab an M4. This may not be easy, but it does work.
Killing the scarecrow - When you are at your home [shed near church],
equip your fiberwire and go to the scarecrow. Get behind it, and go into
sneak mode (tap L1). Press R3 to go into first-person view then hold R1.
Once you are aiming at the target drawn on the back of the scarecrow,
release R1. Once 47 is done strangling it, it will be on the floor
without a head.
