Play as Akuma:-
At the character select screen highlight Spiral and wait three
seconds. Then, highlight the following characters in order: Silver
Samurai, Psylocke, Colossus, Iceman, Colossus, Cyclops, Wolverine, and
Omega Red. Finally, highlight Silver Samurai, wait three seconds and
press LK + HK + HP. Akuma will appear in place of Silver Samurai to
confirm correct code entry. To fight as Akuma as player two, highlight
Storm and wait three seconds. Then, highlight Cyclops, Colossus, Iceman,
Sentinel, Omega Red, Wolverine, Psylocke, and Silver Samurai. Then,
highlight Spiral, wait three seconds, and press LK + HK + HP.
Storm's Second Hyper X Attack: Storm's second Hyper-X
Power: To very powerful Hail attack, select Storm, and select the Manual
control setting. In battle, you no longer have the ability to press one
button for the super jumps, but now that button has a different
function. Build up your X-Power to full, Circle the D-pad counter
clockwise from bottom to right(or left, depending on which direction you
are facing) and press the button normally used for super jumps. Storm
flies into the air, and 3 seconds later, 'X' flashes, and begins raining
hail. You can get a good thirty hits if done correctly. However, the 3
second window leaves you open for attack, so try to get them disoriented
first, to by you time.
