Unlock Supertrain Megazord

Fight the Monsters at all places until you get a Gold for all, you will
then get a password. Enter the password at the menu, and fight the
monsters in this order, Subway, Plant, City, Bay and the last place. Make
sure you get gold for all, the Supertrain Megazord will then be available.
Unlock Titanium Ranger:
- Rescue the Titanium Ranger in the final level and
then finish the game. Save the game again after the credits. Load and
start a new game. The Titanium Ranger is now unlocked.
Unlock level skip:
- Go to codes menu then enter "omega"
