Build a dynasty:- Create five of your own players to
make one team (Point Guard 99% shooting, Center 99% D, etc.). You will get
better as the year continues. Put them all as seniors and make new
players every year.
Distract your free throw opponent:- Obscure the free throw meter and the
basketball icon by repeatedly pressing Circle, Square, and Triangle.
Best overall teams:- The best overall teams in terms of rankings, stats
and simulations with equal caliber teams in March Madness 2001 are in
order:
1. UNLV '91: Stats are same as '90 team as well. These guys were monsters
back in the day and can blow out every team in the game. Good matchup with
Indiana '76.
2. Indiana '76: The only team ever to win it all undefeated. Great team to
play UNLV with.
3. Duke: The Blue Devils are the only current team that can put up a good
match with the classic UNLV and Indiana teams.
4. Georgia (Women's Team): The best women's team.
