L1, R1, L1. 'Smart Bombs' will appear.
Produce all mobile units - R1, L1, Select, Select, X, X, L1. 'You can
build all resources' will appear.
See Enemy Submarines - Enter: L1, R1, X, X, X, X, L1, L1. 'see subs'
will appear.
Shield one selected country - Enter: X, Select, Select, R1, R1, R1, L1,
L1, R1. 'Shield' will appear.
