This is Galactic Dancing

During the "That is Galactic Dancing" stages, it is possible to get a 10,000 point minimum bonus for not shooting at the aliens on-screen. Simply stand there and do nothing, and you will be granted this bonus automatically at the end of the stage (though you won't get any additional points, since you've killed nothing).

You might also be able to get point increases (5,000+) if you successfully warp the given dimension.
