Just A Little More ball - Select survival mode. Get 100 consecutive wins
to unlock the Just A Little More ball.
Play as Mack - Select survival mode. Win forty consecutive matches to
unlock Mack.
Score lots of birdies or better if you can. with the dead clubs in tour
mode. Dead clubs will turn into blessed clubs at level 10
