You press a to use you quaileye. to get some more quarters they are in the mini games. to find exact things like quailmain power briefs check his dresser in his room to also find the snooze supergizer is in the refrigerator at home you sometimes can get both, sometimes get one or the other, or even not get any. the bookelt says to to check the walkaway in the mall and to check the desk at school and bullseye park. i never found any in the walkway in the mall or the desk at school. i never found where bullseye park is ( i think it might also be downtown bluffington) 

For the mini games here is a little help on how to beat them for judy-dra: first hit her face as quailman then press a and b together and  hit her face as quaildog. for the mini game on robo bone: shoot at his glass as quailman and quaildog. 

You have to get the quarters and make phone calls and ask the people you see things. i suggest to first get as many quarters as you can then make the phone calls and ask people around the areas you are in.
