Extra Options
At the options screen, hold L + R. Continue to hold those buttons until
the Extra Options appear. Now highlight Game Option and press Left,
Left, X, X, Right, Right. Then highlight Button Config and press Left,
Left, Y, Y, Right, Right. Highlight Screen Adjust and press Left, Left,
X, Y, Right, Right. And finally, highlight Sound and press Left, Left,
Y, X, Right, Right.
Full Pause Screen
After pausing the game, press X + Y.
Play As Yang
At the Street Fighter 3 Character Selection screen, highlight Yun. Then
press any kick button.
Play As Gouki (Akuma)
At the Street Fighter 3: Second Impact Character Selection screen,
highlight Sean. Then press Up.
Play As Gill
Beat Street Fighter 3 or Street Fighter 3: Second Impact on any
difficulty setting. Then go to the Character Select screen, highlight
Sean and press Up, Up.
Play as Shin Gouki (Shin Akuma)

To play as Shin Akuma you need to beat 2nd impact of arcade mode without
losing continues. Once you fight your rival you will meet Akuma in the
guy you meet last. When you are done fighting Akuma you SHOULD fight
Shin Akuma. But the only way you fight Shin Akuma is by not losing a
continue on Akuma. When you beat him go to the character selection
screen and highlight Gouki (AKUMA) and while holding start press any
button to pick him.
Find your rival:- Choose "2nd
Impact" when you have the choice of playing either "New
Generation" or "2nd Impact". Go to the options menu
and set the difficulty to at least four stars. Select arcade mode
and choose a fighter and Super Art. Now, within
the first four opponents, three of the four must be finished off
with the Super Art. The fourth opponent must be finished with the
Super Art. It does not matter which two of the other three are
finished off with the Super Art. After defeating the third
opponent with the Super Art, the "Your Rival has Found"
message will appear. You will then be challenged by your rival,
with a short exchange of written dialogue on the vs. screen.
