Get to Ice World early:
Go to the beginning of the game (where the free Inn, vampire battle, and
Sleep magic were located). From outside, go one or two screens to the
right. Use the sickle to chop the bushes at the top. Go to the
next screen using the path where the bushes were located to enter the
Ice World. If this did not happen, go back a screen to reach the Ice
World. Do not save the game after doing this unless you have Chocobot
and he followed you through the "portal". Additionally, only one of the
screens will "work"; the other will make it impossible to go anywhere.
